At a small handover witnessed by the Steward, the handover of the domain http://www.micro-nations.info and approx 150mb of webspace to a new Micronational Project being designed.
Alteria is not involved in the project as such but is excited by the prospect of a new registry being designed.
The Steward of Alteria has announced that Citizenship will be closed until further notice as the Country faces an uphill battle to get it back on his feet.
Due to recent inactivity and lack of active or online citizens, Founding citizen and Councilor Chas J has been forced to assume the role of Steward of Alteria.
The Steward of Alteria is a position of Head of State over the lands, citizens and assets of Alteria. This position will be used to bring stability and Peace to Alteria in a time when Alteria needs it. Chas J has stated that he will continue with the position of Steward until a clear path and direction for Alteria can be set. He has stated that the position will be open ended with no future date of closure.
The first Proclamation from the Steward is that all Government positions be dissolved and that the Council of Ministers be disbanded and fresh elections be organized for the formation of the new Council. This Proclamation is dated 6th December 2009.
The Government anounced a budget blowout for the 2008/2009 yr of $130 AD. This was the result of the purchase of new assets related to Printing in Alteria.
